KAVANAUGH INVESTIGATION
A much-talked-about high school friend of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has reportedly wrapped up talking to the FBI. Mark Judge spoke to agents as part of the reopened sexual misconduct investigation involving Kavanaugh's high school days. Some text messages -- which may have been handed over to the FBI -- are also making headlines today. Those texts allegedly reveal a Kavanaugh camp push to shut down one of the allegations against him -- before it became public in a September 23rd New Yorker article. Pundits are now speculating what these texts could mean about the truthfulness of his testimony under oath. Also today, one of Kavanaugh's accusers is now reportedly admitting she has some uncertainty about parts of her story.

HOT STUFF
Hunky "This Is Us" star Justin Hartley does his part to raise awareness for breast cancer by planking during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on her show this afternoon. At one point the TV host puts water and a plant on Hartley's back and then raises the bar by placing herself on top of Hartley two minutes into the plank. The result -- aside from amazing abs -- the actor raised $10,000 through Ulta Beauty for breast cancer research. Well done!
