Today's Update

SANDRA DAY O'CONNOR DIAGNOSIS

America's first female Supreme Court Justice has the beginning stages of dementia and "probably Alzheimer's disease." Eighty-eight-year-old Sandra Day O'Connor left the high court back in 2006 but maintained a busy, high-profile schedule. Reports say she is now fully retired -- her last official public appearance was two years ago. This morning, the court released a public letter on behalf of O'Connor -- saying she received her diagnosis "some time ago" and her condition has progressed. O'Connor was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President Ronald Reagan and took her seat in 1981. And there is much more.

USING TRUMP DEFENSE?

A Florida man -- who allegedly groped a woman during a recent Southwest Airlines flight -- is defending his actions by pointing at President Trump. In an affidavit, Bruce Alexander, 49, reportedly claims "the president says its OK to grab women by their private parts." Alexander was arrested on Sunday after a woman claimed he touched her breast two separate times while she was trying to sleep during the flight. Despite referencing the infamous "Access Hollywood" tape that had audio of President Trump bragging about grabbing women, Alexander says he didn't actually touch the alleged victim. Read on.

I'LL BE HAIR FOR YOU

Twenty-four years later, the truth comes out. Not even Jennifer Aniston could pull off her "Friends" character Rachel's haircut without a professional stylist. And all this time we thought we were doing something wrong (as we tried in vain to tame all those layers in the front)! The star made this revelation last night at the InStyle Awards where her long-time hairstylist, Chris McMillan, was being honored. We believe Aniston was speaking for all of us when she said, "You leave, you feel beautiful, you feel sexy, you feel alive. Then you feel screwed." Here we are rockin' the Rachel below. WHAT'S YOUR ETA?

A lot of us spend nearly as much time behind the wheel as an Uber driver, right? Well now, you can use that same tracking technology thanks to a new Google Maps feature. The setting (which was just made available for iPhone users last week) enables drivers to invite contacts to follow them during a trip. No word yet on whether this will stop our young riders from still calling to ask, "when are you getting here?"

YOU AGAIN?

Put your gun away, Magnum P.I., because not too many of us seem to be watching. Same for another TV reboot: "Murphy Brown." Below, how the fall lineup is faring according to the latest ratings. NBC's "Manifest" and Nexflix's "The Haunting of Hill House" (dying to watch this one!) are pulling ahead of the rest. Take a look -- you may just find your new favorite show. The best part? You can binge-watch the first few episodes that you missed.
