(Screen) Time Is On My Side


Yes, it is! Here's a reason to let go of our collective mom guilt: it turns out that screen time might not be as damaging to kids as we have been led to believe. A report out of the U.K. claims there's no direct evidence to suggest screen time causes bad grades, obesity or psychological problems. Bottom line, more research needs to be done. But the experts still recommend cutting kids off from their screens at least a half hour before bedtime because the blue light from devices can interfere with sleepiness.
