Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing

Breaking news: those crispy, crunchy cauliflower puffs you discovered at Whole Foods are NOT as healthy as, say, fresh cauliflower. And (brace yourselves), these new snacks are almost as unhealthy as potato chips. Nutritionists say if you like them, keep enjoying them in moderation. Just don't think they count as "eating your veggies!"
