Stress Eating?


Well, it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. Some foods and certain drinks can actually help with stress. According to experts, stress can be caused by an imbalance of serotonin in the brain. Complex carbs help increase serotonin (good), while refined carbs — like bagels, cookies, and white bread — do just the opposite (bad). What else is good?
