*8 ounces cooked and chilled gemelli pasta
*Diced red, yellow and green peppers (three peppers total)
*One container of cherry tomatoes
*Chopped Italian parsley
*Half tube of cilantro paste
*One bag of frozen corn - cooked and cooled
*1/2 cup white wine vinegar (or to taste)
*4 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
*2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cook the pasta, add all ingredients, add oil and vinegar, and cilantro paste. Flavor with parsley and salt. Enjoy!
