Sweet Melissa's Valentine's Day Breakfast

Our very own Sweet Melissa is cooking up some yummy morning treats with a little help from our friends at! Berry Overnight Oats


1/2 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)

1/2 cup non-fat milk

1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

1 cup fresh mixed berries and fruit


Sweet Melissa's Valentine Smoothie with a Kiss!

A twist on a classic smoothie


2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana

1 cup strawberry yogurt

1 cup almond milk

Hershey's Kiss, whip cream to top it off!

Blend & serve!

***other Sweet Melissa-suggested add-ins: spinach, frozen cauliflower or chia/flax seeds for extra health benefits!
