The Banana, Peanut Butter & Date Smoothie is super healthy and it really hits the spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!


1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk

1 ripe banana

4-5 pitted dates

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter

1/4 - 1/2 cup ice

Optional: your favorite protein powder
